Compared to the rest of the reviews, i have has a very pleasant experience with pavilion. They returned my deposit within 10 days of leaving, every time i called them they were very helpful and always willing to help- even after office hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying/selling/renting. The guys there are always friendly and will always go beyond and above.

Fantastic agents, rented from them for a couple of years. They always carried out repairs as soon as possible. The boys are all super friendly and often put themselves out late, well after the office had closed. I later used them to sell a flat for me.
