Despite being forcibly closed in the aftermath of the London Riots in 2011, our team has been hard at work since, ensuring Dirty South wasn’t lost to the South London scene for good. After re-opening in 2017, we’ve been committed to providing only the best in pub grub & good times to the people of Lewisham and beyond. Never visited? We’d love to see you!
Catch something to do every night of the week in cosy, welcoming surroundings. Hungry? Our food offerings are constantly changing, with new and exciting offers popping up regularly. Be it a bucket of beers and a plate full of wings or a contemporary take on a vegetarian roast dinner on a Sunday afternoon, there’s plenty to satisfy that empty belly.
A mid-week sit-down not your thing? Come down after 5pm on Friday for a daiquiri with a splash of dancefloor, with live DJ’s + Jukebox parties running every weekend on Fridays and Saturdays.

We’ve been wanting to go in for ages since we saw it’s been renovated and we had the pleasure of finding BEST chicken burger we’ve ever had in our lives. The staff are so friendly and the way they’ve decorated is absolutely beautiful. The cocktails are delicious and the booze selection is great, can’t wait to come back.

We come for the bbq, it was the best ribs and chicken wings I ever had, my partne had the jerk chicken and it was the perfect level of spicy. Great service overall and definitely the best bbq I had in a long long time.
Don't usually rate places. But the atmosphere is amazing. Definitely tailored towards a more mature crowd who can hold a conversation haha
